πŸ”Š Listen Β· narrated by Aiden

The Olympia School District (OSD) will hold a public hearing on its 2026-27 budget at 5:30 p.m. on June 25 at the Knox 111 Administrative Office, located at 111 Bethel St. N. E. in Olympia. The hearing will be available both in-person and via livestream.

The district is building its budget amid declining enrollment and rising costs. The district's budget page includes February 2026 enrollment data, staffing updates, and budget projections. The public hearing will provide an opportunity for community members to share feedback on the proposed budget before it is finalized.

Summer school registration for high school students entering grades 9-12 in the fall is now open. The district also offers free summer lunch for children 18 and younger from June 22 to August 14, with meals served Monday through Friday. The district is also partnering with the Washington State Department of Commerce on a Child Care Partnership Grant to increase access to affordable childcare in district facilities.
