The Intercity Transit Authority (ITA) will reduce its board meeting frequency from twice a month to once a month beginning April 1, 2026, according to a news release issued March 24, 2026.

Under the new schedule, the ITA will meet on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. Meetings are held in person at the Board Room of the Pattison Street facility, with doors opening at 5 p.m. The public can also participate remotely by phone at toll-free number (844) 730-0140 or by registering to observe via Microsoft Teams.

The change was approved through a resolution voted on by the ITA board. Previously, the authority held two meetings per month. The shift to a single monthly meeting represents a significant change in how the board conducts its regular business.
