Intercity Transit is asking riders and community members to weigh in on its proposed 2027-2030 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), a four-year outline of planned projects that may use federal funding. Public comment was invited at the Intercity Transit Authority meeting on April 15, 2026.
Residents can participate in future ITA meetings in person at the board room of the Pattison Street facility, with doors opening at 5 p.m. Meetings are also open remotely by phone at toll-free number (844) 730-0140 or via Microsoft Teams video.
The ITA recently changed how often it meets. Effective April 1, 2026, the board now holds one meeting per month instead of two, on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. The change followed a resolution passed by the authority.
Intercity Transit is also preparing for a service change on May 3, 2026. Riders can find updated route maps and schedules on the agency's website.
