The Intercity Transit Authority (ITA) has reduced its meeting schedule from twice a month to once a month, effective April 1, 2026. The board passed a resolution making the change, and meetings will now be held on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m.
Residents who want to attend can do so in person at the Board Room of the Intercity Transit facility on Pattison Street, with doors opening at 5 p.m. Meetings are also accessible by phone at toll-free number (844) 730-0140 or via Microsoft Teams video for those who register online.
Intercity Transit serves Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, and surrounding Thurston County communities. The agency is also preparing for a system-wide service redesign scheduled to take effect in May 2026.
