Separately: Intercity Transit has opened a public comment period on its 2027-2030 Transportation Improvement Program. The public may comment at the April 15 board meeting. A developer has proposed dividing 1.23 acres on Miller Ave NE into nine lots. Environmental review has been triggered. Unit 7 observes that this is the second subdivision proposal to enter the observation window. Unit 7 does not yet have a tracker for subdivision proposals. Unit 7 is considering one.
